Welcome to the WWW Demo release of Codeworks. This release is provided for evaluation and experimentation with the Glyphic® script system and the World Wide Web.
To install: If you are reading this, you’ve installed! There are two versions of the package provided, one for 680x0 based Macintoshes, and one for PowerPC. The later is not a fat binary application and will not work on 680x0 machines; the former runs on any 68020 or better Macintosh. Make sure that you use the correct version, and only have one version on your computer (or interactions with the Finder and your Web browser will not work correctly.) The folder “Glyphic Projects” should already (and must) reside in the same directory as the application.
We are interested in hearing about problems and successes with the system and its documentation. Please tell us about how you’ve used the system.
As you run Codeworks, you will find it creates a file named “debug output”. This file contains diagnostic output. You can remove it at any time, if you find it is taking up too much disk space.
